(Bismarck, ND) — The Liberty Memorial Building on the State Capitol grounds in Bismarck is closed due to a water main break. The leak flooded the basement of the building, which houses the North Dakota State Library. However, officials say no library materials were damaged. Facility management said the water main that broke had been in bad shape because of its age, and they had planned to replace it this spring.
