(Mandan, ND) — Mandan fire officials are asking locals to use caution after a mobile home fire that happened last Thursday. They say it was the latest of two mobile home fires, and it happened at a home along Third Street Southeast. Last Saturday, another mobile fire happened along Pioneer Trail, and officials say both fires were caused by people improperly trying to thaw out frozen pipes. It’s already been a busy month for Mandan Fire, who say they’ve responded to 31 incidents this month, including four building fires.
