(Omaha, NE) — An initial court appearance will be next as Omaha Police say two arrests are made in connection with a shooting in South Central Omaha. Investigators say a 16-year old male is at the Douglas County Youth Center for first degree murder and assault and weapons charges and a 46-year old man is arrested for accessory to a felony and tampering with evidence.
Officers were called to a convenience store near 72nd and Grover Streets Saturday afternoon and found three people suffering from gunshot wounds. They say 30-year-old Kriss Flores died at a hospital, and the other two had less serious injuries.
