Man Pleads Not Guilty To Drug Charges

(Bismarck, ND) — A Dickinson man has pleaded not guilty to multiple drug charges after his arrest near Bismarck last November. Police say they found Jeremy May throwing something out of his car onto U.S. Highway 83, and a search of his vehicle uncovered large amounts of cocaine, psychedelic mushrooms, and marijuana. He faces charges of possession with intent to sell, as well as refusing a DUI test. He faces up to ten years in prison if convicted on the cocaine and mushroom charges, while the marijuana charge carries a potential five-year prison term.
