(Beulah, ND) — A Beulah woman who’s accused of abusing a 5-year-old boy is in custody. Sarah Etter was arrested and booked into the Mercer County Jail on Tuesday following a C-P-S investigation. Officials say the boy told investigators that Etter struck him, and he was taken into C-P-S custody after investigators saw injuries on his body. Etter faces three felony counts of abuse of a child under 6 years of age, and her preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 24th.
