(Grand Forks, ND) — A man who police say punched a hospital security guard faces an assault charge. It happened Monday at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, where Andrew Mattson reportedly tried to get into a restricted part of the building several times. A security guard was called to deal with the situation, and that’s when police say Mattson punched him. Mattson was restrained by other security guards until police arrived, and the guard who was hit suffered a small abrasion.
