(Bismarck, ND) — A man wanted in Wyoming is in custody following a strange incident in Bismarck. On Saturday night, police spotted an intoxicated man pushing an electric scooter down West Century Avenue and causing traffic disruptions. Police say the man ignored them and started walking away when they tried talking to him, and he reportedly became violent and tried to take a gun from an officer when they went to arrest him. Officers identified the man as Michael Henry, who has an active warrant out of Natrona, Wyoming. Henry faces multiple charges, including attempting to disarm a law enforcement officer and preventing arrest.
