Timberwolves Get Crushed In Game Five

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves ended their season by humiliating themselves in front of their home crowd. Minnesota dropped Game Five of the Western Conference Finals 124-103 against the Dallas Mavericks at the Target Center.
The Wolves trailed by as many as 36 points in the losing effort. Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns both finished with 28 points in the embarrassing effort. Minnesota lost the series 4-1. The Timberwolves now head into the offseason after their most successful season in 20 years.
