(Bismarck, ND) — U.S. Representative Kelly Armstrong came out ahead of Lieutenant Governor Tammy Miller in the GOP nomination for North Dakota Governor. Unofficial primary election results show Armstrong leading Miller 69-point-eight percent to 29-point-seven percent. Miller congratulated Armstrong on his victory and endorsed his campaign on Tuesday. In his victory speech, Armstrong said “North Dakota’s greatest resource is our people”.
