(Bismarck, ND) — After losing to Julie Fedorchak in the race for North Dakota’s U.S. House Seat, Rick Becker has announced he will not run as an independent this November. Becker says his political career ended Tuesday night, but still considers it a win if he inspired even a single North Dakotan. He says he made his pitch to the people of North Dakota, but they chose Fedorchak instead. Becker went on to say that it’s “the way it’s supposed to work in a constitutional republic.”
