(Bismarck, ND) — Data from last year shows that violent crimes like assault, arson, homicide, and human trafficking are up by nearly three-percent in North Dakota. Attorney General Drew Wrigley also pointed out a disappointing statistic after years of positive trends when it comes to DUIs. He said that of all the arrests in North Dakota, 22-point-two-percent are DUI and other alcohol infractions. However, Wrigley also noted that crimes like burglary, home invasion, and car theft decreased by two-and-a half-percent.
