(Hamlin County, SD) — Charges have been filed against a man accused of crashing a stolen vehicle in Hamlin County. Officers found the vehicle flipped onto its top Saturday morning on U.S. Highway 81. There was no sign of the driver but authorities say that person later turned up injured at a local hospital. The 20-year-old suspect is facing charges including felony grand theft and DUI.
