(Albert Lea, MN) — A suspect is facing charges after a pipe bomb was found Friday afternoon at the Freeborn County Government Center. Police found the bomb inside a gun lock box that was seized from a vehicle during a traffic stop. The building was evacuated and the St. Paul Bomb Squad was called in to safely remove the explosive. No one was injured and police charged 48-year-old Adam Penhollow of Albert Lea with possession of an explosive device, drug possession and attempting to flee from law enforcement.
