(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City is moving forward with a new affordable housing project. It’s thanks in part to Tax Increment Finances, which is a tool the city uses to pay for improvements to a development. The project is going to be a Camden Heights apartment complex that can now move into the final phase before construction. It will feature 252 one to four bedroom units with 51 of them being designed for senior living.
