(Rapid City, SD) — Sioux Falls is the South Dakota Little League champion. The team won its third straight state championship Sunday routing Rapid City 16-4 in four innings. Sioux Falls came out of the losers bracket and had to win two games Sunday to advance. It won the first game 8-3. Sioux Falls now moves on to the Little League Baseball Midwest Regional Tournament which begins August 2nd in Whitestown, Indiana.
