(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man now faces a negligent homicide charge in connection with a deadly crash that happened in Mandan back in December. Police say Keith Manchester’s vehicle veered into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into Leo Grosz’s car. Both men were hospitalized with serious injuries, and Grosz later died. Manchester reportedly told police he was sober and wasn’t using his phone at the time of the crash, but authorities say he may have fallen asleep behind the wheel.
