(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City police say the man involved in a rollover crash on Skyline Drive is facing multiple charges. The 18-year-old driver is being charged with DUI, reckless driving and four counts of vehicular battery, among others, after crashing his vehicle early Thursday morning. Four passengers were treated at a hospital for injuries. The crash is still being investigated.
