(Dickinson, ND) — The murder trial of Shawnee Krall is underway in Dickinson. Krall is accused of killing his former roommate, Alice Queirolo, who went missing in a few days before Christmas in 2020 and was later found dead by police in the trunk of a car. However, since officers searched the car without a warrant, the discovery of Quierolo’s body has been ruled inadmissible. Krall’s defense attorney has already asked the judge for a mistrial, but the motion was denied. The trial is set to continue through Friday, and the defense and prosecution are expected to call more witnesses.
