(Yankton, SD) — One person is dead from a plane crash in rural Yankton County. It happened before 8 a.m. Wednesday morning. The one victim was pronounced dead at the scene when first responders arrived. Authorities have not released a name. The FAA and the NTSB are working with the Yankton County Sheriff’s Office on the crash investigation.
