(Mitchell, SD) — A fire destroys at least two townhouses in Mitchell. The fire happened Thursday afternoon at a group of townhomes between Hitchcock Park and Wild Oak Golf Course. An official with the company that owns and manages the property said all residents got out safely, although one resident was taken to the hospital for evaluation. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
