(Sioux Falls, SD) — There’s now a new campaign raising efforts against top ballot measures for South Dakota’s General Election in November. The group is called “Vote No,” led by Sioux Falls business owner Chris Larson. Their goal is to get people to vote no primarily on the topics of abortion, recreational marijuana, open primaries and future carbon pipelines. South Dakota Open Primaries chair Joe Kirby responded yesterday, encouraged people to vote yes on Amendment H in favor of installing open primaries in the state. He says, “South Dakota voters are tired of unfair elections where few voters turn out to vote, like the recent state primaries.”
