(Lawrence County, SD) — A motorcyclist is dead after a crash Monday night in Lawrence County. The Department of Public Safety says a 22-year-old man was killed while trying to make a turn off U.S. Highway 14A, ten miles south of Spearfish. The rider lost control of the bike, left the roadway and traveled down into a wooded embankment. The crash is still under investigation.
