(Rapid City, SD) — An Oglala Lakota County man is going to prison for 25 years after pleading guilty to a forcible rape charge. The Pennington County State’s Attorney’s Office says 41-year-old Timothy King of Manderson entered the guilty plea in January and was sentenced Tuesday in Rapid City. Authorities say King made the victim drink half a bottle of alcohol before he forced her to the ground and assaulted her.
