(Pukwana, SD) — The South Dakota Department of Public Safety has identified the victim of a fatal crash last week in Burle County. Authorities say 64-year-old Leonard Alan Kocer died as a result of a crash on I-90 on August 21st. The westbound Ford F-150 Kocer was driving lost control after being rear-ended by a Ford Mustang. The driver of the Mustang has been charged with careless driving, which is a Class Two misdemeanor.
