(Rapid City, SD) — A 27-year-old man accused of vehicular manslaughter last year has plead guilty in court. Seth Keim of Rapid City was accused of driving a Volkswagen Jetta at high-speed without it’s headlights and killing 27-year-old Lexi Hagen who was a passenger in the vehicle. Keim was also charged with driving under the influence, vehicular battery, driving with a revoked license and reckless driving, but they were dropped as part of a plea agreement. His sentence hearing is set for October 4th.
