(Sioux Falls, SD) — The Sixth Street Bridge in Downtown Sioux Falls is finished and completely open. Pedestrians and drivers now have full access after the project lasting around a year and a half. Sixth Street bridge has a new look, complete with light pillars and flower beds. Project manager Wes Philips believes the changes and upgrades will draw more people to enjoy a walk across while enjoying the downtown area. The multi-million-dollar project was sparked after inspection showed needs of improvement to the bridge’s condition.
