Bismarck Man Pleads Guilty In Hit-And-Run Case

(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man who’s accused of a pedestrian hit-and-run earlier this year has pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular injury. It happened in March along North 12th Street, where first responders found the victim bleeding on the ground. The investigation led to the arrest of Daniel Brennan, whose neighbors became suspicious after they reportedly saw him driving a damaged car after the collision. His sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.
