(Bismarck, ND) — Traffic patterns will be shifting on the Grant Marsh Bridge along I-94 between Bismarck and Mandan as part of the ongoing construction project. Beginning today, motorists will be able to use both sides of the bridge. However, the westbound and eastbound sides will each be reduced to the outside lane. The state highway department is urging motorists to watch their speed and to be cautious around workers and equipment as conditions will be tight. The entire project is expected to be wrapped up by November.
