(Sioux Falls, SD) — A second person has been arrested in connection to a kidnapping and assault case in Sioux Falls. Thirty-three-year-old Diana Segura Luna is charged with kidnapping and aggravated assault. She was arrested on September 22nd related to the kidnapping case that took place in Sioux Falls on September 19th. Luna’s brother, Edgar Segura, was also arrested in connection to the crime last week. Her bail is set at 100-thousand dollars.
