(Fargo, ND) — Governor Doug Burgum is checking on the progress of the Fargo-Moorhead flood diversion project. He was in Fargo yesterday touring the flood diversion sites. The project was begun after the 1997 flood and is more than 50-percent complete. It’s set to be completed by the spring of 2027.
