(Sioux Falls, SD) — Sioux Falls will be a location for some future NCAA sporting events. It was announced yesterday that Augustana University will host a 2028 Men’s Ice Hockey Regional at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Sioux Falls is also hosting this year’s NCAA Division Two Women’s volleyball Championship and the 2026 D-Two Wrestling Championships. But due to a lack of full-service hotels, the city missed out again on winning a NCAA basketball bid.
