Smoky Conditions In Rapid City From Elk Fire

(Rapid City, SD) — The National Weather Service says smoky conditions in Rapid City on Wednesday are from the Elk Fire in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The U.S. Forest Service says lightning started the fire last Friday. A representative from the NWS is advising anyone with health conditions to take precautions.
