(Bismarck, ND) — State transportation officials will visit four tribal nations over the next two weeks to provide free, non-driver photo ID cards. Officials say the cards will be distributed before Election Day and will be provided free for those 18 and older. DOT officials have scheduled four dates, one for each of the four tribal nations. Contact the DOT or go to their website for schedules and locations. Applicants must provide proper documentation to receive their cards.
