(Bismarck, ND) — Burn bans are in effect in several North Dakota counties and towns. Burleigh and Emmons Counties are the latest to declare a Fire Emergency and order burn restrictions. The restrictions are in effect through November 15th unless they get rescinded before then. The City of Bismarck is permanently under burn restrictions due to the city’s fire code.
