(Wagner, SD) — A suspect is under arrest in the southeastern part of the state after being found with nearly 50 grams of meth. The Santee Sioux Nation Police Department posted on social media the baggie of meth was found late Friday night near the town of Wagner. Authorities say the suspect was booked into Wagner BIA Correctional Facility on charges of possession and possession with intent to distribute. The identity of the suspect has not been released.
