(Bismarck, ND) — Former North Dakota Senator Ray Holmberg is being ordered to report to jail. U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland ordered Holmberg to surrender after allegations he violated the terms of his temporary release. Holmberg pleaded guilty to one count of traveling abroad with the intent to have sex with a minor in August. He agreed to follow certain conditions if allowed to remain at home, such as no usage of drugs or alcohol and internet restrictions.
