(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City’s City Council is getting closer to their 25-thousand dollar donation goal for the Fed and Ready to Learn School Lunch Deficit Reduction Program. The programs has collected more than 23-thousand dollars after the City Council launched the program in August. The council also pledged to match the donation of up to 25-thousand dollars.
