(Pierre, SD) — A bill that would require age verification for porn sites in South Dakota is a Governor Rhoden signature away from becoming law. House Bill 10-53 was unanimously passed by the State Senate and now heads to the governor’s desk. The bill defines ‘covered platforms’ as websites which create, host, or make available material harmful to minors.
