(Bismarck, ND) — Governor Kelly Armstrong is considering a bill providing more debt relief to oil-hub cities. Ten-and-a-half million dollars would be distributed annually to Williston, Dickinson, and Minot in a 70-20-ten split, respectively. The debt relief is meant for infrastructure projects and to help shift the tax share from the Strategic Investment and Improvements Fund.
