(Minot, ND) — Nearly two dozen Minot State University personnel will be laid off. Twenty-three employees with the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities at MSU were notified that their positions would end soon due to federal cost-cutting measures. Officials say the center will remain open to serve the community despite the layoffs.
