(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck Police are arresting a man for drug and weapons charges. Authorities pulled over Rick Takoudjou for a traffic stop earlier this week and discovered small bags of cocaine and a loaded semiautomatic handgun during a vehicle search. Takoudjou was charged with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver cocaine while in possession of a firearm, which carries up to 20 years in prison.
