(Bismarck, ND) — A long-standing Bismarck authority figure will wrap up their career. Bismarck Police Chief Dave Draovitch announced his retirement after serving with the department for 36 years. Draovitch has been the police chief since 2018 after starting his career in 1989. His last day will be July 31st.
