(Oglala, SD) — A days-long manhunt is over after a suspect wanted in South Dakota and Nebraska was arrested last night. The Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety announced on social media the man identified as 35-year-old Cody Dittman has now been apprehended. He was wanted for two separate incidents — one in each state — that happened a day apart last week, including an officer-involved shooting last Friday in Fall River County, South Dakota. Dittman had been on the run from authorities since. Efforts by the Oglala Sioux Tribe Police and federal agents led to his capture.
