(Mandan, ND) — Mandan Police are identifying the victim of a fatal house fire. Thirty-nine-year-old Amanda Kist was found dead inside the home less than an hour after firefighters arrived on the scene on April 26th. Kist was one of two people inside when the blaze started, but the other occupant managed to escape before first responders arrived. Authorities don’t suspect any criminal behavior as the cause of Kist’s death and the fire’s origin are still under investigation.
