(Bismarck, ND) — Health officials are confirming two measles cases in Cass County. North Dakota Health and Human Services says anyone recently present at Essentia Health or Essentia Health Walk-In Care should be aware of possible exposure. Both individuals were unvaccinated and infected through international travel, bringing the state’s total cases to 11 this year. Officials urge vaccinated and unvaccinated North Dakotans to monitor for symptoms for 21 days and to quarantine at home if exposed.
