(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Twins wrapped up a weekend sweep over the San Francisco Giants with a 7-6, ten-inning victory at Target Field. Ryan Jeffers tied the game with an RBI ground out in the bottom of the tenth, and DaShawn Keirsey Jr. hit a walk-off single a few batters later. Brooks Lee homered in the victory, while Jhoan Duran picked up the win in relief. The Twins are on an eight-game winning streak and are above .500 for the first time this season at 21-and-20. Minnesota visits Baltimore tomorrow.
