(Bismarck, ND) — Fallen North Dakota officers will be honored this week. A public memorial service at the State Capitol will recognize 69 fallen officers as part of the state’s Peace Officers Memorial Day. Governor Kelly Armstrong and other state officials will also speak during the memorial. The service will be held in Memorial Hall this Thursday at 7 p.m.
