(Burlington, ND) — Burlington residents are now under soft water restrictions. City officials said the levels in the community’s water towers can’t keep up with current usage demands. The statement acknowledged dry conditions have played a factor, but the soft water restrictions are in effect until further notice to preserve water during droughts. Residents in even-numbered homes are limited to watering on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, with odd-numbered homes limited to the remaining days.
