ND Public Assistant Workers Trained To Better Serve Families In Need

(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota public assistance workers are learning how to serve families in need. Over 300 workers statewide gathered at the Spring Symposium for full-day training seminars to better serve residents who apply for Medicaid, food assistance, and other economic aid. The state Department of Health and Human Services believes the training will help improve service delivery overall.
