(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves are heading back to the Western Conference Finals for the second season in a row. The Wolves wrapped up a gentleman’s sweep of the Golden State Warriors with a 121-110 win in Game Five from the Target Center. Minnesota led by as many as 25 points in the victory. Julius Randle poured in 29 points, while Anthony Edwards finished with 22. The Wolves will play either Denver or Oklahoma City in the conference finals next week.
